RPCA collects user information (such as student names, dates of birth, parent details, emails, phone numbers, and photos) exclusively for academic profiling, attendance logs, and fee invoicing.
The academy QR scanning attendance system logs only check-in and check-out timestamps to secure student rosters and alert parents. No location monitoring is shared with third parties.
All transaction logs, card/UPI identifiers, and billing invoices are handled securely via encrypted gateways or logged directly at the academy admin panel. We do not store raw card credentials in our database.
Access to profiles, salary details, and performance stats is restricted based on authorized roles (Admin, Coach, Student, Parent, Staff). We apply standard encryption protocols to secure local host repositories.
